It is an initiative to increase the HMIL’s focus on its customers. The Road Side Assistance Program was launched with the aim of providing emergency road side assistance services round the clock to ensure a pleasurable and uninterrupted journey virtually anywhere in India.

The program is designed to enhance the customer ownership experience and ensure that customers get immediate and hassle free service in the event of any car breakdown.

The scheme will be available as a complimentary service for vehicles with in basic warranty period. The 24×7 Road Side Assistance program covers services such as: wheel change, fuel delivery up to 5 litres, taxi co-ordination, opening the vehicle in the event of a key lock-out, rectifying electrical problems related to the battery and fuse, on-spot repairs for complaints that can be attended to on site and car towing to the nearest workshop in cases of an accident or breakdown.

An aftermarket part is any part for a vehicle that is not sourced from the vehicle manufacturer via the Hyundai Dealer Network. Hyundai Motor India does not endorse the use of non-genuine parts and accessories which are (aftermarket, second hand, imitation parts) or parallel imported parts when repairing or servicing your Hyundai vehicle.

Yes. Appointments are essential. It helps both the ways, vehicle with prior appointments will be attend on a priority basis. It helps you to plan accordingly and we can be ready with all the parts required to service your vehicle thereby reducing/avoiding downtime.

Parts Warranty will not be applicable if it is not fitted by the Hyundai Authorized Service Centre. Parts sold under counter sale are not eligible under parts warranty. We strongly urge our customers to get the parts replaced in the Service Centre to get the benefit of applicable warranty and to avoid any discomfort at a later date.

Currently we don’t have that facility. But we are working towards it. We will keep you updated on this once we are ready. (The idea is to keep you on the move whilst your vehicle is being serviced, loan cars (when available) will be for a fee. Loan cars must be pre booked with our Customer Care Executives.)

Hyundai does not recommend the fitment of non-genuine parts and/or accessories. If any fault or failure is deemed to be caused by the use of any part or product not recommended by Hyundai then the fault or failure will not be covered by warranty.

(Currently not available). Yes we do. For those that require to remain on the road while your vehicle is being serviced, we do have loan cars available for a small fee. Loan cars are only available by appointment only.

Hyundai has taken an Customer Centric initiative and have tied up with a young company called www.21noth.in to address this specific need of a busy customer (to know more visit site). OMAN Hyundai has tied-up with 21north, to extend this exclusive service to your doorstep. We can pick up your vehicle for service from 6am in the morning and deliver it until 10pm in the night. What more, once your pick up is confirmed you will get to know in what time the person will be at your doorstep for a pickup or drop, you will get real time updates and you can track him through Google Maps. Now relax & get your vehicle serviced at your convenience. What more, you focus on important tasks and we will take care of your vehicle. Currently this service is available for customers within 20kms radius, anybody beyond this limit kindly get in touch and we will be glad to pick up your vehicle on special timings. We are more than happy to come to you.

Fuel injected (petrol) Hyundai’s that are manufactured after 31st October 2003 are equipped with fuel systems compatible with alcohol (Ethanol). These vehicles can operate on a maximum of 10% Ethanol / 90% unleaded petrol, however if drivability is affected, the use of 100% unleaded fuel is recommended. Ethanol blended fuel mixed at 10% is generally referred to as E10. Fuel injected Hyundai’s manufactured prior to October 2003 do not have fuel systems compatible to run Ethanol. If E10 is to be used in these vehicles, in must be used in conjunction with periodic use of a fuel corrosion inhibitor. (The Hyundai recommended inhibitor is available under part number AL009M0002).
